Turnkey wedding on Bali
From an intimate ceremony for two to a celebration for a hundred guests — we take care of the location, decor, documents, banquet, and day coordination.
A wedding on Bali is a ceremony on a cliff overlooking the ocean, dinner under garlands, and a sunset that cannot be staged. We have been living on the island for eight years and have hosted more than 300 events: from symbolic ceremonies for two to weddings for 150 guests. On this page are the formats, prices, and how the organization is built.

Wedding in Bali: what you need to know before planning
A wedding in Bali is not just going abroad, but a completely different approach to organizing the day. The climate here is tropical, the infrastructure is island-based, and the mentality of the locals dictates its own rules. In this section — practical details you need to know before making a decision about a wedding in Bali.
First: there is no "wedding season" in the European sense in Bali. The island welcomes couples all year round, but the dry season (April–October) provides stable weather and clear sunsets, while the green season (November–March) offers lower prices and fewer tourists. Both seasons are suitable for a wedding if you choose the right location and prepare a backup plan for rain.
Second: documentation. Most couples choose a symbolic ceremony — it requires no paperwork and takes one day. If you need official registration recognized in the Russian Federation, we prepare the documents in 3–4 weeks: passports, certificates, apostille. We guide you through the entire process, from submitting applications to the Indonesian registry office to receiving the apostille-certified certificate.
Third: logistics for guests. Bali is a 12–15 hour flight from Moscow, with a +5 hour time difference. Guests need time to acclimate (1–2 days), as well as airport transfers and accommodation. We handle the logistics: resort room blocks, group transfer, e-VOA visas for the entire group, and an activity schedule.
How much does a wedding in Bali cost in 2026
The cost of a wedding in Bali depends on three factors: location, number of guests, and the intensity of the program. A symbolic ceremony for two starts at $1 900, a wedding with up to 20 guests — from $3 900, up to 50 guests — from $7 900, and a large celebration for 100+ guests — from $12 000. We calculate the exact estimate in one day after a 15-minute brief.
The estimate includes: location rental, decor and floristry, catering and banquet, photographer and videographer, host and coordinator, music, and show program. Not included: rings, dress and suit, flights, and guest accommodation. A detailed breakdown by category can be found on the pagecost of a wedding in Bali.
How to choose a wedding location
The location sets the mood for the entire day. There are four types of venues in Bali, each with its own character. Beaches — white sand in Nusa Dua or black sand in Canggu, ceremony at the water's edge, sunset behind you. Uluwatu cliffs — 50–70 meter cliffs over the ocean, the best sunset views on the island. Villas — privacy, swimming pool, overnight accommodation for guests. Ubud jungle — greenery, rice terraces, cool air.
The choice depends on the number of guests, budget, and desired aesthetics. For two — a cliff or beach. For 20–50 guests — a villa with a pool. For 50+ — a resort or a large villa. Detailed comparison of locations — on the pagewedding locationsand in the guideBali locations.
What is included in a turnkey wedding planning package
«Turnkey» means we handle everything: from the first brief to the departure of the last guest. Your only job is to live the day, not work it. Here is what is included:
- Briefing and concept — we learn your preferences, offer 2–3 options, calculate the estimate in 1 day
- Location — selection, permit check, booking, agreement
- Decor — arch, floristry, table setting, lighting, photo zone
- Catering — menu, banquet or buffet, bar, wedding cake
- Shooting — photographer and videographer who know Bali's sunset light
- Host — in Russian and English, script tailored to the couple
- Music and show — DJ, live musicians, fire show, Balinese dances
- Day coordination — minute-by-minute timeline, contractor management
- Transfers — for guests, between venues, from the airport
- Documents — symbolic ceremony or official registration
Season and weather: when to host the wedding
Dry season (April–October) — stable weather, lower humidity, clear sunsets. High season — July–August: venues are busy, prices are higher. May, June, September — optimal: weather is stable, crowds are lower. Green season (November–March) — prices are 20–30% lower, nature is greener, rains are usually short (1–2 hours in the evening).
For a wedding with guests, we recommend planning for 2 days: the ceremony day and a recovery day. Guests arrive 2–3 days in advance, acclimatize, and attend the welcome dinner. After the wedding — a recovery day and departure. Learn more in the guide toseasons and weather in Bali.
Wedding decor in Bali
Decor in Bali is not about roses in vases, but tropical floristry, natural materials, and lighting. Arches of fern and orchids, table settings on teak tables, warm string lights (2700K), photo zones overlooking the ocean. Our own decor warehouse and workshop — no agency markups.
Four wedding styles: boho (macrame, pampas, wood), minimalism (white fabrics, geometry), tropical (orchids, heliconias, monstera leaves), classic (roses, neutral palette). The choice depends on the location and the couple's personality. Learn more —wedding decor.
Wedding photography in Bali
Light in Bali is the photographer's best ally. The golden hour (50 minutes before sunset and 20 minutes after) provides warm, soft lighting that cannot be achieved in a studio. Midday light is harsh — we avoid it. We plan the timeline: details and preparations in the afternoon, ceremony at sunset, couple shoot at dusk.
Three in-house photographers: reportage (live shots), editorial (portraits), fashion (content). All are Russian-speaking, permanently based in Bali. Packages from 2 to 10 hours, delivery within 5 days. Learn more —wedding photographer и videographer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my own guests from Russia?
Yes. We take care of transfers, accommodation, and e-VOA visas. We coordinate the flight of your group and meet them at the airport. For larger groups, we arrange a group transfer by bus.
What if it rains on the wedding day?
The dry season virtually guarantees great weather. For any unexpected situation, we have a backup plan: a pop-up canopy or moving the timeline to an indoor hall. At the villa, there is a covered terrace. Changes are free of charge.
How much preparation time is needed?
For a wedding with guests — 3–6 months. Elopement for two — 5–7 days. Urgent planning — 1–2 days. The earlier we start, the wider the choice of locations and vendors.
Is official registration possible?
Yes, we assist you all the way from documents to apostille. However, most couples choose a symbolic ceremony in Bali and have the official registration at home — it is faster and simpler. Learn more —marriage registration.
