How we organize it
We start with a brief: 15 minutes over WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day we send a concept with a cost breakdown by items. After approval — booking, preparation, and coordination of the day.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before the start. They control the decor assembly, contractors' timeline, and the backup plan. All that's left for you is to experience the day — not work it.

Season and weather

Logistics for guests
