How we organize it
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with an itemized cost calculation. After approval — booking, preparation, and coordination of the day.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is at the venue 4–6 hours before the start. They control the decor setup, vendor timeline, and backup plan. All that's left for you is to experience the day — and not work.

Season and weather
