Wedding in the Ubud Jungle
Greenery, rice terraces, and waterfalls — a wedding in the nature of Ubud. From $3 500 turnkey.
Ubud is the center of the island: jungle, rice terraces, waterfalls, and temples. A wedding here is greenery and coolness instead of the coastal heat. This format is suitable for couples who want to escape the beach cliché and return to nature.
from $3 500Venues in the jungle and by terraces
Two types of venues: open pavilions on the edge of the gorge (views of greenery, up to 40 guests) and resort tent halls with panoramic windows (up to 60, air-conditioned).
Style and decor inspired by nature
The decor is natural: wood, rattan, fern, and orchids instead of roses. An arch made of branches, a wooden pathway, settings on teak tables. The lighting consists of warm garlands and lanterns.
Weather and backup plan
In Ubud, it rains more often than on the coast — especially in the green season (November–March). Each venue has an indoor hall: in case of rain, we relocate the ceremony within 20 minutes, keeping the schedule.

Are mosquitoes a problem?
Mosquito traps operate at the venues, and after sunset we light repellent candles. Spray is available in every guest room.
How do guests get there?
Ubud is 60–90 minutes from the coast. We provide group transfers, and some guests stay in Ubud for 1–2 nights.
When is best — dry season?
Yes, April–October. During the green season, choosing a venue with an indoor hall is mandatory.

Why choose a wedding in Bali
Bali is not just an exotic island, but a place where nature creates decor better than any decorator. The cliffs of Uluwatu, the white beaches of Nusa Dua, the rice terraces of Ubud, and sunsets that cannot be staged — all this makes a wedding in Bali unforgettable. We have been living on the island for 8 years and know every venue, every spot, and every sunset angle.
A wedding in Bali is not a "destination wedding" in the usual sense. It is a ceremony in paradise: barefoot on the sand, to the sound of the ocean and in the golden hour light. After that — a candlelit dinner, a fire show, and a night in a villa with a pool. We organize it turnkey: from documents to the last guest.
What is included in a turnkey wedding planning
- Selection and booking of the location (beach, cliff, villa, jungle)
- Full decor: arch, floristry, table setting, lighting
- Host in Russian and music (live or DJ)
- Photographer and videographer who know the sunset light
- Catering and banquet: from a cocktail reception to a premium menu
- Day coordination: timeline, vendors, backup plan
- Transfers for guests and accommodation
- Documents: symbolic ceremony or official registration
Season: when to hold a wedding in Bali
The dry season (April–October) means stable weather, clear sunsets, and minimal rain. This is the high season: venues and villas are busy, and prices are higher. The green season (November–March) brings lower prices, greener nature, and rains are usually brief and in the evenings. We plan weddings all year round: for the green season, every venue has an indoor hall.
The best months for a wedding are May, June, and September: the weather is stable, and bookings are below the July–August peak. For budget-friendly weddings: April and October. Read more in our guideseasons and weather in Bali.
How we calculate the budget
The budget estimation is transparent, itemized. After a 15-minute briefing, you will receive a calculation within 1 day: location, decor, catering, shooting, coordination — each item with a price. No asterisks or hidden fees. What is in the estimation is what is on the invoice. A 50% deposit books the date, the balance is due 14 days before the wedding.
