Events Bali is a Russian-speaking event agency living and working in Bali since 2018. We are not a "remote agency from Moscow": our coordinators, decorators, and photographers are here on the island. This means a fast response, direct contracts with venues, and a real presence on the day of the event.

A remote agency won't meet your guests, check the decor 3 hours in advance, or resolve an issue with the venue on the day of the event. We are here. This is the difference that is visible on the wedding day.

How much does it cost?
It depends on the format, number of guests, and season. We calculate the estimate within 1 day after a 15-minute briefing. Consultation is free —write on WhatsApp.
How far in advance should we start preparing?
Large events — 3–6 months, proposals — 5–7 days, corporate events — 1–3 months. The earlier, the wider the choice of locations and the lower the prices.
What if it rains?
A backup plan for every scenario: a canopy or an indoor hall. Date change is free. At the villa — a covered terrace. Weather in Bali rarely ruins an event.
Is it possible to see the location?
Yes — via video scouting or a visit. For remote clients — detailed photos, videos, and renders of the location.
Legal information
Events Bali works as a PT (Perseroan Terbatas) — an Indonesian legal entity registered in Bali. This means we are not intermediaries, but direct executors: we issue the contract, invoice, and closing documents from our own legal entity. For Russian and Kazakhstani companies — we work under a service agreement with payment in USD/EUR or rubles at the current exchange rate.
The contract includes: subject matter, terms, cost, scope of services, payment procedure, liability of the parties, force majeure, and dispute resolution. A prepayment of 30–50% books the date and location, the remaining balance — 7–14 days before the event. Refund — according to the contract: prepayment for the location and contractors is non-refundable (we have already paid them), postponement of the date — free of charge in case of force majeure.
