The process of organizing an event in Bali is transparent and predictable. Four steps from the first contact to the day of the event:

1. Briefing — 15 minutes via WhatsApp: date, number of guests, preferences, budget. We propose 2-3 concepts.
2. Estimate in 1 day — breakdown by items: location, decor, catering, photography/videography, coordination. No hidden extra charges.
3. Preparation — we book the venue, gather suppliers, coordinate decor and timeline. Backup plan for the weather.
4. Event day — the coordinator manages the timeline by the minute. You live the day, we work.
