Sunset is the most reliable "decorator": free, dramatic, and emotional. In Bali, sunset is year-round from 18:00 to 18:40. The main thing is to set the moment exactly during the golden hour and have a plan B for cloudiness.

Golden hour timing
Sunset — 18:00–18:40. "Gold" — 50 minutes before and 20 minutes after. We set the moment of the proposal 5–10 minutes before sunset: still light, already warm.
Backup plan for cloudiness
If clouds block the sun, the golden hour doesn't happen. We have decorative lighting (lanterns, garlands), and we move the moment to the first minutes of twilight: a ring by candlelight is no less spectacular.

Is the sunset guaranteed?
The weather is out of our control, but in Bali during the dry season, clear sunsets are 80%+. A plan B is always in place.

Why Bali is the best place for a proposal
A proposal is a moment that cannot be replayed. Bali provides decor that needs nothing added: sunset over the ocean, Uluwatu cliffs, white sand beaches, and Ubud jungles. We add candles, flowers, and a hidden photographer — and the moment becomes cinematic.
We have been organizing proposals for 8 years. During this time, not a single surprise has been spoiled. The photographer disguises themselves as a tourist or resort guest, we set up the decor 1–3 hours before the moment, and the coordinator keeps track of the timing. You just say those special words — and we capture the reaction.

How much time is needed to organize
Standard — 5–7 days. Urgent — 1–2 days (+30% to the budget). If you are already in Bali — we start working immediately. If you are flying in — we begin a week before your flight, so everything is ready for your arrival.
How we organize
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with a cost breakdown by item. After approval — booking, preparation, and coordination of the day.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before the start. They control the decor assembly, the timeline of the vendors, and the backup plan. You just have to live through the day — not work.

Season and weather
Dry season (April–October) — optimal for outdoor events. Green season (November–March) — lower prices, nature is greener, rains are usually short (1–2 hours in the evening). A backup plan is provided for any season. More details —seasons and weather.
Guest logistics
For guests: airport transfer, accommodation near the location, e-VOA visas ($35, 30 days). The coordinator meets them at the airport and gives them the schedule. Travel between districts takes 40–90 minutes. More details —transport in Bali.
