Seasons and weather

Dry season (April–October) — stable weather, sunsets without rain, high occupancy and prices. Green season (November–March) — lower prices, nature is greener, rains are usually short (1–2 hours in the evening). Have a backup plan for any season. We use a covered terrace at the villa, and a canopy on the beach or a relocation to the resort. Relocation is free, timeline is adjusted in 20 minutes. Weather in Bali rarely ruins an event — it just changes the decorations.

Logistics and transport

We recommend 2–3 days for guests before the event to acclimatize. A welcome dinner on the evening of arrival is a good reason to bring everyone together. After the event — a rest day and departure. The coordinator manages the activities schedule.

Visas and documents

Citizens of the Russian Federation and the CIS need a visa to Bali. Two options: Visa on Arrival (VOA, $35, 30 days) and electronic e-VOA (applied for online in advance).
