Prices and payment
How much does a wedding in Bali cost?
A symbolic ceremony for two starts from$1 900, a wedding with guests starts from $3 900. We calculate the estimate in 1 day.
What is the prepayment?
30–50% after agreeing on the estimate reserves the date and location. The remaining balance is due 7–14 days before the event.
In what currency is the payment?
US dollars or rubles at the daily rate. For legal entities, an invoice in USD/EUR.
Documents
Is a Bali marriage recognized in Russia?
Yes, after getting an apostille. More details —marriage registration и article on recognition.
Can we do it without official registration?
Yes — a symbolic ceremony, and the civil registry office back home. Seesymbolic ceremony.
Closing documents for legal entities?
Contract, bill, act, invoice — seeclosing documents.
Weather and season
When is the best time to go?
Dry season — April–October. In the green season prices are lower and rains are short. More details —seasons and weather.
What if it rains on the wedding day?
Backup plan: a roll-out canopy or adjusting the schedule. At the villa, an indoor hall.
Logistics
Are visas required?
Yes, e-VOA or on arrival. We arrange them for groups — seevisa and documents.
Do you help with group flights?
Yes, we coordinate a block of seats and transfers.
Preparation
How far in advance should we start preparing?
A wedding with guests — 3–6 months, a proposal — 5–7 days, a corporate event — 1–3 months.
Can we see the location in advance?
Yes, via video scouting or a site visit. For remote options, detailed photos and renders.
Decor and style
Can we bring our own flowers?
Flower import to Bali is limited. Local floristry is better — orchids, heliconias, fern. Fresher and cheaper.
Decor assembly the day before?
On the day — 6–8 hours before the ceremony. At the villa, we set up part of it the day before.
What happens to the decor afterwards?
Our warehouse team picks it up on the night after the event.
Is neon possible?
Yes, neon signs "Marry Me", etc. — $200–500 rental.
Our own decor ideas?
Yes, we discuss and implement them. We have our own workshop.
Photography and video
How many photos in the end?
From 80 to 350 — depending on the package. All are processed in color and retouched.
Do you deliver video?
Yes, a videographer is a separate service. A teaser reel is included in the package.
How long is the delivery?
Photos — 5–14 days. Top-10 for social media — in the first 48 hours.
Is it possible to have two photographers?
Yes, the second one — $300–500. For large weddings.
Drone?
Yes, $200–400. We will coordinate the zone (not allowed everywhere).
Logistics and accommodation
Do you help with accommodation?
Yes, we book a block of rooms or the entire resort.
Transfers?
Yes, airport–hotel, between venues, for activities.
How many days should we plan for?
Wedding — 2–3 days (arrival, event, relaxation). Corporate event — 3–5.
Can we extend our vacation?
Yes, we organize accommodation before/after the event.
Safety
Is it safe in Bali?
Yes, for tourists. Basic measures: bottled water, SPF 50+, repellent, insurance.
Medical care?
International clinics in Denpasar and Canggu. First aid kit is with the coordinator.
Children?
Lifeguards by the pool, fenced playgrounds, coordinator supervises.
