Contract, invoice, acts — how we issue them
- Contract for the provision of services (bilingual, upon request).
- Invoice for payment in USD/EUR or rubles at the current exchange rate.
- Certificate of completion — after the event.
- Invoice / commercial invoice — upon request.
Payment from a RF/Kazakhstan/UAE legal entity
We accept payments from the company's current account. For the RF — payment in rubles with conversion or in foreign currency through a bank. For Kazakhstan — KZT/USD. For the UAE — AED/USD.
VAT and currency
Services are provided outside the Russian Federation — this is an import of services. VAT is not applicable / is refunded according to the scheme applied in your jurisdiction. We recommend checking with your accounting department — we provide all the necessary documents.

How we organize it
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with a cost breakdown by items. After approval — booking, preparation, and coordination of the day.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before the start. They control the decor setup, contractor timeline, and backup plan. All that's left for you is to experience the day — not work.

Season and weather
The dry season (April–October) is ideal for outdoor events. The green season (November–March) features lower prices, lusher nature, and rains that are usually short (1–2 hours in the evening). A backup plan is recommended for any season. Read more —seasons and weather.
Logistics for guests
