“We were in Moscow while the wedding was being prepared in Bali — and everything went exactly like the 3D renders. Even better, because you can't render a sunset.”

Preparation and logistics
Event logistics is half of the success. The coordinator started working 3 months prior: venue selection, bookings, contractors, timeline. Guests were met at the airport and checked into a resort near the venue. A welcome dinner on the eve was organized for everyone to get acquainted and tune in.
On the event day, the coordinator is on-site from 10:00. Decorators starting from 12:00, photographer from 15:00. A minute-by-minute timeline with a 15-minute buffer for each stage. All contractors are from our own team, not freelancers.
Result
The event went according to the timeline, with no hiccups or stress for the couple/client. Photos and videos are processed within 7–14 days. Read the client's review above. After the event — a new case in our portfolio and recommendations.
Team and contractors
All contractors are from our team: coordinator, decorator, florist, photographer, videographer, host, DJ. They are not random freelancers hired from the street, but professionals we have been working with for years. This ensures quality and synchronicity on the day of the event.
What was challenging
Each event brings its own challenges. In this case: group logistics (coordinating flights and transfers), weather (backup plan for rain), timing (sunset at 18:25 — a tight 30-minute window for the ceremony). Resolved thanks to experience and a detailed timeline.
