17 venues with which we have direct contracts. We will select one for your budget, number of guests, and sunset timing.
The location sets the mood for the entire wedding. Bali has four distinct types of venues, and each has its own light, its own capacity, and its own rental price. Below is a breakdown by type, a comparative table, and how to choose a location for your budget.
Locations by type

White sand in Nusa Dua and Sanur, black sand in Canggu. The best light is an hour before sunset. Lear more inbeach wedding.

Answer 4 questions — we will send an estimate to WhatsApp within an hour.
Can we host the ceremony at any villa?
Not at any: some villas prohibit events. We work with those where it is permitted and we have direct contracts.
What about the tide on the beach?
We calculate the tide for the specific date: the ceremony is set up above the water line. In case of a high tide, we move it to a nearby resort venue.
Which location is best for sunset?
Uluwatu — a cliff over the ocean, with the sunset "into the water". The sunset is beautiful on the beaches, but the sun sets behind the palm trees.
Why choose a wedding in Bali
Bali is not just an exotic island, but a place where nature creates decor better than any decorator. The cliffs of Uluwatu, the white beaches of Nusa Dua, the rice terraces of Ubud, and sunsets that cannot be staged — all this makes a wedding in Bali unforgettable. We have been living on the island for 8 years and know every venue, every spot, and every sunset angle.
A wedding in Bali is not a "destination wedding" in the conventional sense. It is a ceremony in paradise: barefoot on the sand, to the sound of the ocean, and in the light of the golden hour. Afterwards — a candlelit dinner, a fire show, and a night in a villa with a pool. We organize it turn-key: from documents to the last guest.
What is included in turn-key wedding organization
- Selection and booking of the location (beach, cliff, villa, jungle)
- Full decor: arch, floristry, table setting, lighting
- Russian-speaking host and music (live or DJ)
- Photographer and videographer who know the sunset light
- Catering and banquet: from a cocktail reception to a premium menu
- Coordination of the day: timeline, vendors, backup plan
- Guest transfers and accommodation
- Documents: symbolic ceremony or official registration
Season: when to hold a wedding in Bali
Dry season (April–October) — stable weather, clear sunsets, and minimal rain. This is the high season: venues and villas are busy, prices are higher. Green season (November–March) — lower prices, nature is greener, and rains are usually brief and in the evenings. We hold weddings all year round: for the green season, every venue has an indoor hall.
The best months for a wedding are May, June, and September: the weather is stable, and the demand is lower than the peak of July–August. For budget weddings — April and October. Read more in our guideseasons and weather in Bali.
How we calculate the estimate
The estimate is transparent, itemized. After a briefing (15 minutes), you receive a calculation within 1 day: location, decor, catering, shooting, coordination — each item with a price. No "asterisks" or hidden surcharges. What is in the estimate is what is in the invoice. A 50% reservation deposit books the date, and the balance is due 14 days before the wedding.
