An offsite corporate event is a company retreat for 3–5 days: work during the day, teambuilding and relaxation in the evening. Bali provides a change of scenery and motivation that you cannot get in the Moscow suburbs. We handle the logistics, accommodation, program, and documents.

How we organize it
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with a cost breakdown by item. After approval — bookings, preparation, and day coordination.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before it starts. They control the decor setup, vendor timelines, and backup plans. You are left to enjoy the day — not work.

Season and weather
Dry season (April–October) — perfect for outdoor events. Green season (November–March) — lower prices, greener nature, rains are usually short (1–2 hours in the evening). We have a backup plan for any season. Read more —seasons and weather.
Guest logistics
For guests: transfer from airport, accommodation near the venue, e-VOA visas ($35, 30 days). The coordinator meets them at the airport and provides the schedule. Travel time between districts is 40–90 minutes. Read more —transport in Bali.
