How we organize

We start with a brief: 15 minutes by WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, wishes, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with a cost breakdown by item. After approval — bookings, preparation, and day coordination.

On the day of the event, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before the start. Controls the assembly of decor, contractors' timeline, and the backup plan. You just have to live the day — not work.

Season and weather

Logistics for guests
