Preparation depends on the type of event and the number of guests. For a wedding with guests, allow 3–6 months: location selection, reservations, visas, flight. For a proposal — 5–7 days. For a corporate event — 1–3 months. The earlier we start, the larger the choice and the lower the prices.

Seasons and weather

Dry season (April–October) — stable weather, sunsets without rain, high occupancy and prices. Green season (November–March) — lower prices, nature is greener, rains are usually short (1-2 hours in the evening). Logistics and transport

For guests, we recommend 2–3 days before the event for acclimitization. A welcome dinner on the evening of arrival is a good reason to get everyone together. After the event — a recovery day and departure. The schedule of activities is handled by the coordinator.

Visas and documents

Citizens of the Russian Federation and CIS need a visa for Bali. Two options: visa on arrival (VOA, $35, 30 days) and electronic e-VOA (applied for online in advance). Safety and health

Bali is a safe island for tourists. Basic precautions: bottled drinking water, sunscreen (SPF 50+), repellent in the jungle, insurance with coverage from $30,000. First aid kit is with the coordinator at every event. Medicine — international clinics in Denpasar and Canggu.

For guests with children: fenced play areas, lifeguards by the pool, the coordinator looks after the children throughout the holiday. For guests with limited mobility — locations with an elevator or ramp.
