How we organize it
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with an itemized cost calculation. After approval — bookings, preparation, and day coordination.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before the start. They control the decor setup, the contractors' timeline, and the backup plan. All that's left for you is to live the day — not work it.

Season and weather
