How we organize
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with a cost breakdown by line item. After approval, we handle bookings, preparation, and day coordination.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before the start. They control the decor setup, the contractors' timeline, and the backup plan. All that's left for you is to live the day, not work.

Season and weather
Dry season (April–October) is optimal for outdoor events. Green season (November–March) means lower prices, greener nature, and rains are usually brief (1–2 hours in the evening). A backup plan is provided for any season. Read more —seasons and weather.
Logistics for guests
