How we organize it
We start with a brief: 15 minutes by WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day we send a concept with a cost breakdown by item. After approval, we handle bookings, preparation, and day coordination.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before the start. They supervise the decor assembly, the contractors' timeline, and the backup plan. You only need to experience the day — not work.

Season and weather
Dry season (April–October) is optimal for outdoor events. Green season (November–March) means lower prices, greener nature, and rains are usually brief (1–2 hours in the evening). For any season, there is a backup plan. More details —seasons and weather.
Logistics for guests
For guests: airport transfer, accommodation near the location, e-VOA visas ($35, 30 days). The coordinator meets them at the airport and provides a schedule. Travel time between districts is 40–90 minutes. More details —transportation in Bali.
