How we organize it
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, wishes, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with an itemized cost calculation. After approval — bookings, preparation, and coordination of the day.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before the start. They control the decor assembly, contractors' timeline, and the backup plan. All that's left for you to do is live the day — not work.

Season and weather

Logistics for guests

We have been living on the island for 8 years, and have organized over 300 events. We are not a "remote agency from Moscow" — our coordinators, decorators, and photographers are in Bali. We have our own decor warehouse, direct contracts with 17 locations, as well as contracts and closing documents for individuals and legal entities.
