Preparation depends on the type of event and the number of guests. For a wedding with guests allow 3–6 months: location selection, reservations, visas, flight. For a proposal — 5–7 days. For a corporate event — 1–3 months. The earlier we start, the greater the choice and the lower the prices.

Seasons and weather

The dry season (April–October) — stable weather, sunsets without rain, high occupancy and prices. The green season (November–March) — lower prices, nature is greener, rains are usually short (1–2 hours in the evening). For any season — a backup plan. The villa has a covered terrace, the beach has a canopy or relocation to a resort. Relocation is free, the timeline is adjusted in 20 minutes. Weather in Bali rarely ruins an event — it just changes the scenery.

Logistics and transport

Visas and documents

Citizens of the Russian Federation and CIS need a visa for Bali. Two options: visa on arrival (VOA, $35, 30 days) and electronic e-VOA (applied online in advance).
