Preparation depends on the type of event and number of guests. For a wedding with guests, plan for 3–6 months: choosing a location, bookings, visas, flights. For a proposal — 5–7 days. For a corporate event — 1–3 months. The earlier we start, the wider the choice and the lower the prices.

Seasons and weather

Dry season (April–October) — stable weather, sunsets without rain, high occupancy and prices. For any season, there is a backup plan. A villa has a covered terrace, a beach has a canopy, or we transfer to a resort. Transfer is free, and the timeline is adjusted in 20 minutes. Weather in Bali rarely ruins an event — it simply changes the scenery.

Logistics and transport

For guests, we recommend 2–3 days before the event for acclimatization. A welcome dinner on the arrival evening is a good reason to gather everyone. After the event — a recovery day and departure. The activity schedule is managed by the coordinator.

Visas and documents

Citizens of the Russian Federation and CIS need a visa for Bali. Two options: visa on arrival (VOA, $35, 30 days) and electronic e-VOA (processed online in advance). Safety and health

Bali is a safe island for tourists. Basic measures: bottled drinking water, sunscreen (SPF 50+), repellent in the jungle, insurance with coverage from $30,000. First aid kit is with the coordinator at every event. Medicine — international clinics in Denpasar and Canggu.
