Guest limits
Depends on the yacht: boat — up to 8, motor yacht — up to 12, catamaran — up to 30. Weddings — usually for two to 8 guests.

Why choose a yacht in Bali
A yacht is the most private venue for an event: the ocean is all around, there are no witnesses, and the sunset is right ahead. A wedding for two, a proposal, a party, or a birthday on board. Crew, fuel, and insurance are included in the rental.

How we organize it
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day we send a concept with an itemized cost calculation. After approval — bookings, preparation, and day coordination.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is at the venue 4–6 hours before the start. They supervise the setup of the decor, the timeline of the vendors, and the backup plan. All you have to do is live the day — not work.

Season and weather
Dry season (April–October) — optimal for outdoor events. Green season (November–March) — prices are lower, nature is greener, rains are usually short (1–2 h in the evening). A backup plan for any season. More details —seasons and weather.
Logistics for guests
For guests: transfer from the airport, accommodation near the location, e-VOA visas ($35, 30 days). The coordinator meets them at the airport and provides the schedule. Travel between areas is 40–90 minutes. More details —transport in Bali.
