How we organize it
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with an itemized cost estimate. After approval — bookings, preparation, and coordination of the day.
On the event day, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before the start. They supervise the decor setup, the contractors' timeline, and the backup plan. All you have to do is live the day — not work.

Season and weather

Logistics for guests
For guests: airport transfer, accommodation near the location, e-VOA visas ($35, 30 days). The coordinator meets them at the airport and provides the schedule. Travel time between districts is 40–90 minutes. More details —transport in Bali.
