Decor makes the moment cinematic: even a simple "will you marry me?" surrounded by candles and flowers looks like a movie scene. We have our own warehouse and florists — we set everything up 1–3 hours before, while the "future" partner is not around.

Assembly 3 hours before
The team of decorators arrives 1-3 hours before the moment. At this time, the "future" partner is distracted (dinner, spa, walk). The coordinator keeps track of the timing.

Is open fire allowed?
On the beach and villa — yes, on the yacht and some of the resorts — no. We use identical-looking LED candles instead.
Do you take the decor away afterward?
Yes, on the night after. Rental is rental.
Why Bali is the best place for a proposal
A proposal is a moment that cannot be replayed. Bali provides decor that needs no enhancement: sunset over the ocean, Uluwatu cliffs, white sand beaches, and Ubud jungles. We add candles, flowers, and a hidden photographer — and the moment becomes cinematic.
We have been organizing proposals for 8 years. During this time, not a single surprise has been spoiled. The photographer disguises as a tourist or resort guest, we set up the decor 1–3 hours before the moment, and the coordinator monitors the timing. You just say those very words — and we catch the reaction.

How much time is needed to organize
Standard is 5–7 days. Urgent is 1–2 days (+30% to the budget). If you are already in Bali, we start working immediately. If you are flying in, we start a week before your arrival, so everything is ready for your coming.
How we organize
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with an itemized cost calculation. After approval, comes booking, preparation, and event day coordination.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before the start. They control the decor setup, contractor timeline, and backup plan. You only have to live the day — not work it.
