How we organize
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with a cost breakdown by item. After approval: bookings, preparation, and coordination of the day.
On the day of the event, the coordinator is on-site 4–6 hours before the start. They control decor setup, contractors' timeline, and the backup plan. Your only job is to experience the day — not to work.

Season and weather

Logistics for guests
