How we organize
We start with a brief: 15 minutes via WhatsApp or video call. We find out the date, number of guests, preferences, and budget. Within 1 day, we send a concept with an itemized cost calculation. After approval, we proceed with booking, preparation, and coordination of the day.
On the event day, the coordinator is at the venue 4–6 hours before the start. They control the decor assembly, vendor timeline, and backup plan. All you have to do is live the day — instead of working.

Season and weather

Logistics for guests
